PRIVACY POLICY

PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collection practices of PERFIT LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) are intended to identify, retrieve, and process customer records, enabling the Company to follow up on customer needs and provide tailored and suitable services.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL IDENTIFIERS

You may be required from time to time to provide information that identifies you, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, identity document number, telephone number, fax number, residential address, and email address. Refusal to provide such information may render the Company unable to provide you with appropriate services. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before providing any personally identifiable information to the Company. To protect the privacy of your personal data, the Company ensures that its policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

DIRECT MARKETING

Once you provide personally identifiable information to the Company, you may from time to time receive telephone calls, emails, or direct promotional mail from the Company, its affiliates, or business partners. If you do not wish to receive such information, please write to the Company’s Marketing Department with your name, membership number, and contact telephone number. The Company may require you to indicate your preference before registering for any payment services.

RETENTION OF DATA

When you conduct business with the Company, the Company will retain all your transaction records for auditing purposes. The Company’s general policy is to retain relevant information for a reasonable period.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA

The Company may generally share your personal data with or transfer it to its group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any companies in which they hold an interest. For details, please refer to the Company’s Personal Information Collection Statement. If you do not wish the Company to disclose your information to any third party, please write to the Company’s Marketing Department with your name, membership number, and contact telephone number.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

You may request access to your personal data by writing to the Company’s Marketing Department. In accordance with Section 19(1) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Company will comply with your request within forty days of receipt. Pursuant to Section 20(3e) of the Ordinance, the Company has the right to refuse your access request if you decline to make the request in the prescribed form or in writing. Under Section 28 of the Ordinance, the Company may charge a reasonable fee for data access. However, if the access is for the purpose of making a reasonable correction, the Company may, at its discretion, waive the relevant fee.

CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

You must propose changes to your personal data by writing to the Company’s Marketing Department and providing the correct information to be updated. In accordance with Section 23 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Company will correct your personal data within forty days of receiving your request. No fee will be charged for the correction of personal data.

SECURITY

The personal data you provide to the Company will be properly stored in the Company’s customer service system, accessible only by authorized personnel.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT (PICS)

As our customer, you may need to provide personal data (“Personal Data”) when trialing or purchasing our services and/or products (“Services”). If the data is incomplete or incorrect, we may be unable to provide or continue the Services.

We keep your Personal Data confidential at all times. Our policies regarding the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, and access of personal data comply with Hong Kong laws and are set out in this statement.

You agree that your Personal Data may be used and retained by the Company for the following purposes, and others as agreed or required by law:

• Providing the Services;
• Use by the Company, our agents, subsidiaries, or partners for promoting goods/services related to beauty, medical aesthetics, products, and spa services, and processing related benefits;
• Analyzing, verifying, or checking your credit and payment status regarding the Services;
• Processing payment instructions, direct debits, or credit facilities.

Additionally, per our agreement, we may disclose and transfer your Personal Data (in Hong Kong or overseas) to our Affiliated Companies (including subsidiaries, affiliates, and companies in which they hold an interest). We may store your data in databases held by these Affiliated Companies to promote their goods/services and for data comparison purposes. If you do not wish to receive such promotions or have your data used for these purposes, please write to our Marketing Department with your name, membership number, and contact number.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:

• Ascertain whether the Company holds your personal data;
• Access your personal data held by the Company within a reasonable time and manner;
• Request the Company to correct any incorrect personal data.
